It’s Tristan’s birthday today!! Happy Birthday! Isn’t he so amazingly cute – I can’t believe a year has already passed since we did your newborn session! He was so cute and a little bit of work but we had so much fun. And now he came back to my studio for a cake smash photography session sitting up and smiling. Absolutely charming.

It’s always a pleasure photographing babies as they grow! It’s one of my favourite things because every child is unique and they all grow their own way. But looking back it’s always such an experience. Tristan spent no time getting down and dirty. His beautiful blue eyes really stood out. He jumped right into the cake and gave us loads of lovely big smiles. He really was having the time of his life! His mother Mandy was right by me as she was during his newborn session. It was amazing seeing her again! Have a fantastic 1st birthday Tristan. After the session we gave Tristan a little bath in my studio – getting all the icing out of his fingers.
