Cake Smash photography london
This is the most messy and funny session you ever can book. It’s an amazing experience for both you and your baby messy but fun. This session is done when your little star is between 10-12 months old. The perfect photo session to use pictures for your birthday invitations or just to share on the day with your loved once. If you want to book please book at least a month in advance so we have time to plan for your session, the decorations, cake and outfit. We will go through this together and make it perfect for you and your little star. I will provide with the cake, decorations, a vintage bath tub to get rid of the mess and a few towels to dry your little one off. We will have a few photos of your little one before the cake comes out to get torn.
messy PREPaRATION
We will plan the session together through email or a phone call where you can describe how you would like to have it, when it comes to colours and the cake. Feel free to send me photos of inspiration of what you have in mind. I will make sure to have all the props that you wish to have. The cake is done by a local baker in Hanwell who can make cakes that are vegan if you like. Please let me know if your little on is allergic to anything.
I got a few outfits in my studio that you can choose from, I got tutu skirts in white, baby pink, one brighter pink and one in red wine colour. I also got a few hairbands and party hats with a one on in gold and pink or gold and blue. There is shorts and bow ties for the boys that you can borrow. I recommend an outfit with no logos or way to busy patterns cause that will take away the focus from your child’s face.
I recommend to come in clothes that can be messy, cause you will have to touch your little one at some point. The session will start of with that we together will make sure the decoration is exactly how you want it. I got to choose from and it should be how you like it. So feel free to feel and try some of the decorations and we will make it perfect.
Than after the decoration is on point we will shoot a few photos without the cake to get your little one used to the environment and get into the mood. When I feel like time is right the cake will than come out and the mess can start.
After the mess is done and we got the photos we need, the bath tub will come out with some nice warm water to clean your little on off. Please bring a towel and if you want a soap.
